The services provided though the Fictims platform, hereby referred to in this document as “Fictims” or “Website” or “Platform” or “us” or “we” or “our”, are subject to external quality assessment and third-party regulatory policies. Consequently, aspects of the Terms of Service which are directly related to the aforementioned external entities are subject to modification according to changes in standards or policies by the aforementioned third-parties, without prior notice. Similarly, information presented on this platform including service scope, subscription pricing and Terms of Service (ToS) are subject to periodic review and changes without prior notice. Correspondingly, GCAFA’s internal policies, including our privacy policy, shall also be subject to change without prior notification to user. The Terms of Use on this page applies to all platforms of GCAFA, including but not limited to “mobile app” and “Fictims.com”, which are copyrighted properties of the GCAFA brand. By accessing this online platform and/or its resources, including but not limited to text, graphics, logo, images, and documents; you acknowledge that these resources are protected by local and international laws from copy, duplication, replication, reproduction, republishing, modification, re-representation, and/or other similarly illegal use/abuse and you shall refrain from all forms of illegal use and/or abuse of this platform. By consuming, contributing to and/or participating on this platform, you also acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Terms and conditions
1.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately refrain from using the Fictims platform, otherwise your continued use of the site and its content will be subject to the terms.
1.2 Targetted Service. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services between Genderic and you, here-in also referred to in this document as “editor” or “author” or “user” or “member” or “reader” or “contributor”. However, each Genderic targetted service may have specific conditions specified in supplementary agreement as required.
1.3 Age Suitability. By using our platform, you have automatically confirmed that you are 18 years old or above, with psycological maturity and ability to sanely reason on adult issues and topics including but not limited to: global politics, economics and social problems.
1.4 Language. Our default platform language is English, as such, inquiries and/or complaints will reviewed and/or responded to in English language. However, an author is welcome to publish content in a different language for a different audience, as long as the content does not violate our policies.
1.5 Civility. Although Genderic is an alternative theory platform. As such we publish views, articles, research materials contesting or opposing mainstream narratives. However, we maintain civility in our discourse. Invectives and vulgarity by author or contributor shall not be accepted or tolerated no matter what language it is written in, and no matter what the intended meaning was. You will not use abusive and/or sarcastic language in articles, response to articles nor in the comment section.
2. Use of Information

3.1 Through our Platform

Some information, such as user name, and active region are always public. Some information, such as "country of origin", is public by default but can be hidden on our Platform. Some information, such as group memberships, will always be visible to other members of that Fictims.com group, and may be public, depending on the settings of that group.
3.2 With Our Service Providers
We may use service providers in connection with operating and improving the Platform to assist with certain functions, such as payment processing, email transmission, conducting surveys or contests, data hosting, managing our ads, and some aspects of our technical and customer support.
