With this incident though, the accused had to layout the truth after he was arrested, and backed it up with pieces of evidence. However, when Karla Karina Alvarez came back to her senses, she tried to withdraw the police complaint. When asked to clarify discrepancies in her allegations, she said she would rather "plead the fifth".
