Cleveland, Bradley County, Tennessee, USA. Shoplifter and fictim Kimberly May Minor (aka Kimberly Cordell) with a history of violence and trouble with the law, decided to switch to female privilege with a false sexual assault allegation against a police officer. She claimed it happened during a holiday trip with him. However TBI investigation results turned out she lied and was charged for making a false police report.
