March 18, 2018. 2 days after she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, menacing and assault of an officer; Gina Dorsey filed a complaint under oath claiming that one of the arresting officers sexually assaulted her.
Fortunately, a lengthy investigation to waste taxpayer's resources was unnecessary as the accused officer wore a body camera for entire arrest encounter with Gina Dorsey. The bodycam footage was reviewed and completely disproved Gina's claim, according to the arrest report.
March 26, 2018. 23 year-old Gina Dorsey already held in Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, faces additional charges of perjury and falsely reporting an incident.
