Dallastown, York County, Pennsylvania, USA. Instance of overly stretched female privilege. Oksana Oleksandrivna Brown, earlier arrested for retail theft, comes back with a false sexual assault allegation against the male arresting officer. This is an increasingly used vengeful fictim stratagem we have exposed here , here , here , here , here , here , here and here

May 31, 2018. fictim Oksana Oleksandrivna Brown filed a complaint to Pennsylvania State Police alleging a trooper had "touched her inappropriately" during an arrest for retail theft on April 19, 2018. She also claimed the trooper solicited her for sex on May 08, 2018 during her preliminary hearing in a court office. The "serious allegations", coming from a former Baltimore police officer herself, triggered an intensive investigation involving State police, the Internal Affairs Division, and the Bureau of Integrity and Professional Standards.

The investigation lasted several months starting with a review of dashcam and Surveillance video footage from around the scene of the alleged incident, after which reports and recommendations were turned in to the York County District Attorney’s Office. There it was determined that allegations by Oksana Brown were false and fraudulent. There was no inappropriate touching, no propositioning for sex and no evidence of any criminal activity throughout the encounter between the arresting trooper and Oksana O. Brown.

November 16, 2018. 43 year-old Oksana Oleksandrivna Brown was charged with unsworn falsification to authorities and false reports to law-enforcement. She is arraigned for a preliminary hearing on December 20, 2018.

This is a worrying trend if it will have to mean a woman can no longer be arrested by a male officer without repercussions of Toxic Femininity, defined as an overly stretched female privilege at the expense of male sanity. We as a society have to decide whether to relive gender segregation, the one we severely criticized in middle-eastern countries; Or curb this increasing opposite gender intolerance with policies and action before it is too late.
