Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, USA. A rare occasion of pussy-pass being denied. Meet the empowered shrew: Margarita Gertrude Mayorga arrested for assaults and battery, she decides to manufacture a false rape allegation against the arresting officer on the way to jail. It backfires.
May 14, 2016. Night. Police responded to a report of domestic disturbance at Margarita Gertrude Mayorga's home. On arrival, officers placed Margarita under arrest cited for obstruction, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. While being conveyed to County Jail, Margarita prepared a statement alleging that she was being sexually assaulted. Her information was relayed to the communications center accordingly, by the transportation officer.
May 15, 2016. Day. Garfield County Jail. Margarita Mayorga requested to speak to an officer on her allegation. She got to meet an officer then complained she was raped by an Enid Police Department patrol officer. An interview was then setup with another officer during which Margarita claimed that the transporting officer her pulled over at an unknown location, came in the back of the vehicle and raped in her within 2 minutes.
The interviewing officer then explained to Margarita some of the safeguard procedures the department has in place concerning the conveyance of prisoners, including CCTV cameras at the prisoner compartment of the transporting vehicle.
After learning about the safety measures and how her false allegations are unlikely to get far, Margarita opted to change her story. Sorry Dear! pussy-pass privileges are closed for now. Try again tomorrow!
May 18, 2016. 26 year-old Margarita Gertrude Mayorga was additionally charged with false reporting of a crime, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in prison and/or a fine of up to $500. A slap on the wrist considering what damage her false allegation would have done to the accused officer, had there been no evidence against her claims.
This just goes to show that pussy-pass can be denied, suspended, but not utterly annulled. May God help us all.
