Monroe, Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, USA. Serial fictim Julia Staggs tries to frame estranged husband with break-in of sorts, but the attempt quickly turns against her. She tries again with staged arson for an insurance claim, but her fire ploy backfires. Karma is a B***h

December 02, 2018. A peaceful quiet night was not good enough for Julia Stevenson Staggs, and so she called 911 reporting a break-in by "someone" holding a flashlight. When several deputies responded at her mother-in-law's house, she explained that she was there because of a fight with her estranged husband. And that "she thought" it was him who broke in, according to a report by The Ouachita Citizen.

However, Julia's mother-in-law disputed her account telling deputies that nobody had entered the residence and it had been "quiet all night”. Officers then did a log check on Julia Staggs and behold a slew of false/unfounded reports made by her - including robberies, burglaries, and trespassing. This is a habitual fictim with at least seven records of unfounded claims.

December 03, 2018. 37-year-old Julia Stevenson Staggs of West Monroe was taken into custody and booked at Ouachita Correctional Center. The fictim's mother-in-law said the situation was very embarrassing and she had no idea why Julia Staggs called the cops.

-- Update --

February 19, 2020. While we thought it was the last we heard of this fictim, we couldn't have been more wrong. In a new quest for yet another episode of fictimhood-induced benefits by way of insurance, Julia Staggs allegedly set fire to a house she was no longer staying in and had emergency services scrambling to put out the flames and keep the community safe. Of course, this safety effort paid for by your taxes was the least of Julia Staggs' concerns, while she focused on how to claim her prize and deviate attention from her proven cry-wolfing tendencies and a glutton for mendaciousness. But when one has already fooled society once, it's only reasonable that it's harder for them to pull it off again.

February 25, 2020. During an interview with law enforcement over the fire incident, Julia Staggs denied any knowledge of payments or insurance coverage on the home and played the psychological game of once again pointing investigators to her estranged husband who she claimed "handles all the business". Investigators later discovered that Julia herself had been informed by the Insurance Agency that coverage for the property would be dropped in April 2020. An investigation into the inferno also pointed to her as the sole suspect.

March 12, 2020. Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Officers once again arrested 38-year-old Julia Staggs on new charges of Simple Arson and Arson with an intent to defraud.

Julia Staggs's mother-in-law earlier said she had no idea why Julia took to 911, but we do have an idea: Victimology culture and other state-sponsored spoilers of morality in our society have armed people (especially women) with vindictive victimhood as a part of their human rights. In the case of Julia Staggs, cops didn't buy it only because records showed she had falsely played the victim over and over again. So what about the many other first-timers? How are their false reports treated? Hold that thought
