Baytown, Harris County, Texas, USA. What goes around comes around. Persistently manipulative fictim Lisa Marie Garcia lashes out a slew of false threat accusations against her ex which caused him to lose his job and get jailed multiple times. But with one wrong move the fictim eventually also lands herself in jail and earns a conviction.

September 2017. fictim Lisa Marie Garcia called the cops claiming her ex (who fathers at least one of her children) was threatening her. The innocent man was arrested, an investigation was launched. After her ex was bailed out on that initial threat charge, Lisa Garcia set up Instagram accounts impersonating her ex and sent death threats to herself for calling the cops. Her ex was again apprehended by police for violating the initial terms of the bail which included clause of NO CONTACT with Lisa.. but he posted bond to be released again.

October 2017. Dissatisfied that her ex was released on bond each time her false claims got him arrested, Lisa Gracia decided to turn up the heat with more threats from fake social media accounts and and a prank calling app she installed, leading to her ex's third arrest and at least seven new charges filed against him within a 10-day period between October 21 and 31. The persistent charges caused her ex-boyfriend to lose his job, his family spent tens of thousands of dollars in legal fees and on bonds related to his arrests, among other losses in the ordeal. But Lisa Gracia was not done.. She continued to send threats to herself and the other woman by which her ex also fathers at least one child. Even while her ex was in custody co-operating with investigators, the threats kept coming. It soon became clear the threats were coming from someone other than her ex, so he was out on bail yet again while the investigation continued.

November 2017. Perhaps from a mix of feeling between frustration in her failed attempts to keep her ex behind bars and a realization of how easy it was to get away with getting people in trouble with the law, Lisa Garcia decided to implicate others including one who implements the law. Shortly after Thanksgiving, the fictim called the Baytown Mayor and demanded an investigation into the State District Judge who presided over her ex's cases, suggesting that the state judge took bribes from her ex-boyfriend's mother to grant him bail. BIG mistake. pussypasses have always been excused when common citizens are the victims. But when pussypass targets law-enforcers, it's a whole different story, and Lisa was about to learn that lesson the hard way.

By attempting to implicate a state district judge, Lisa Marie Gracia turned the focus of the investigation on herself, revealing that the fictim fabricated cellphone texts and created fraudulent social media accounts to frame her ex-boyfriend. The fictim had eventually orchestrated more bullshit than she could handle.

November 30, 2017. The then 22 year-old Lisa Marie Garcia was taken into custody on charges of retaliation and three counts of online harassment. Her bond was set at $10,000 and she was arraigned on Dec 01, 2017. Her inability to post bond caused her remain in jail.

December 03, 2018. After having spent almost a year behind bars, 23 year-old Lisa Marie Gracia took a plea deal for the sake of her "three children, including a newborn", who she had not seen since her arrest. She pleaded guilty in exchange for two years of probation and will now have two permanent felony convictions on her record.

December 06, 2018. In a press conference. "she can never hide from the deeds she has done.”, said a prosecutor. “She put one young man through hell and defamed a judge,” ... “She has already spent a year in jail, and for the next two years, will be on a short leash that subjects her to up to 10 years in prison if she violates probation.”, said an Assistant District Attorney.

What goes around comes around.
