Calcutta, Columbiana County, Ohio, USA. Kidnap fantasist and crackhead fictim Cheyenne Gilmer takes to cops in female victimology mode, to cover-up where she was and what she was doing.

January 06, 2019. fictim Cheyenne Gilmer arrived at the police station to file a report that on January 04, while walking home from a chain-store, a white male in his 50s or 60s driving a pickup truck offered her a ride and she accepted but on the way the man pulled a gun and told her he was taking a shortcut, turning into an unexpected avenue. Then he pulled over and duct-taped her mouth, tied up her arms with a rope, then blindfolded her, drove her to an unknown location where he dragged her from underneath her arms into a house where she was held captive in the basement for 12 to 14 hours before she was released by her captor whom she described as having gray beard, blue eyes, wearing a brown sweater and tan pants. If while reading you thought this was too bogus / movie-like to be true, that's because it is.

Police noticed Cheyenne Gilmer had no physical injuries or marks to corroborate her claims of being tied up or dragged. Officers say she was also “very hesitant” in saying who had dropped her off at the chainstore initially, "a friend" was not a satisfactory answer useful in an investigation, So detectives pressured her until she finally gave a name, just a first-name. Even a rookie would know at this point they're dealing with nothing but a fictim.

An officer then asked why Cheyenne Gilmer was lying, prompting Gilmer to confess she was “just trying to cover her tracks” as she had left her children at home with her boyfriend and went with someone else to do drugs. She further confessed she had not been in the chain-store but rather in a traffic stop on January 04, 2019 which resulted in the car being towed away as neither she nor her crackhead "friend" had driver's license. She said she made the false kidnapping report to cover-up because she had been “clean for over a year.” Talk to the hand!

January 06, 2019. 22 year-old Cheyenne Gilmer was charged by St. Clair Township Police with filing a false report.
