Starkville, Mississippi, USA. Sissy racist and former MSU student Kenneth Hood falsely claimed he was accosted and robbed by black men in campus.

October 17, 2010. former MSU student Kenneth Hood reported to police that on the first-floor restroom of McCool Hall, he was confronted and robbed by two black males approximately 6 feet tall with medium builds. He described one them as wearing a Navy hoodie, khaki cargo pants and blue shoes with white laces. And the other in a white hoodie, blue cargo pants and white Nikes.

However, an investigation by Mississippi State University's police department later determined that the report was false. The incident never happened. No motive was provided for the fabrication.

October 18, 2010. 28 year-old Kenneth Hood was charged with filing a false police report. If convicted on the charge can result in up to a $1,000 fine and a year in prison.
