However, upon being further engaged in an investigative interview, the fictim had a change of heart and confessed that the allegations were false, and that she did not want to press charges anymore. This was the second time she took to cops to make a false rape report against the same man. No official motive was provided but the series of events suggest some kind of revenge - she could have used the threat of falsely reporting him to try to achieve something from him. Each time he would not meet her demands, she would take to the authorities.
