Oh wonderful sons and daughters of Abraham, Libtardism strikes again in another episode of epic victimology impossible to make sense of. Of a labyrinth of anti-nature avenues devised to fight against heterosexuality and the so-called "patriarchy", this one is the most commonsense-defying one I've seen in a while. We often hear of wives accusing husbands of rape but this is different - A case of pure matrimonial heterosexual romance being criminalized by sexually incompetent wife Gina Battani with the help and support of libtards, hysteria-validators, and feminocentric MSM idiots alike. The only reasonable way to describe Gina Battani given the scenario, is that she's a lesbian of sorts, which should get you wondering why she marries men instead of women? Hold that thought!
February 26, 2017. In lack of better victimhood skills or balls to crack her own skull and blame it on her hubby, Gina Battani (AKA Gina Marie Battani, Gina Battani-Ramm) called 911 in efforts to criminalize a romantic encounter with the man she pledged herself to in marriage. She garnished her romantic XXX story with croc tears in hopes that would do the victimhood trick. Not only did she tell the police her fake story about 8 consecutive months of daily "rape" victimhood, but fellow nurses, feminoids, EqualityMongers, Prosecutors, Jurors, Journalists, etc. A few days after her initial complaint, she applied for a protective order against her husband who, in turn, filed for divorce.
December 2017. Presumably, in an effort to please the feminocentric world, a grand jury indicted Mr. Husband on three felony counts of third-degree sexual assault and three counts of domestic abuse assault - for the great crime of being romantic towards his wife.
What's Gina Battani's Cause for Whining?:
Under oath in court, she told an extended version of her police complaint that "she" was in the shower, rinsing her hair when she felt her husband's hands on her. She pleaded with him to leave, to stop touching her in places she did not want to be touched, but the romantically progressive hubby "Shhh!!,"ed her. She tried to get out of the shower, she claimed, but he blocked her way with one hand while continuing to touch her with the other. She asked him to stop and let her out. When he did stop, she grabbed a towel and started to leave. But her horny husband came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her, walked her to their shared bed and got on with it. Gina Battani claimed she tried to "get free", but he flipped her onto her back and tongue-kissed her. When the process was complete, she laid on her side with his arms still around her. "Please let me go," she claims she said. And so he did.
After he unwrapped his arm around her, she claims she quickly got dressed, left the house and called 911 from her car. Crackling further, Gina Battani claimed she remembered "crying" as she told the dispatcher she had been "raped". Oh boy! while this was happening, some real straight women deprived by western values of a husband who could once in a while see them as ravishable or at least sex-worthy, observing her crackles, could have secretly wondered how much of an idiot this fictim (false victim) is. Meanwhile, Mr. Hubby denied any wrongdoing in initiating sex with his wife.
By the way, we did not mention but we guess you could tell from her photo that Gina Battani is not 5 years old, not even a teen. At the time of this court hearing, she was in her 40s but apparently can't stand a romantic encounter with her male without having to make an announcement about it afterward. What a ##### (insert appropriate word)
October 25, 2018. Malicious Hypoagency Denied. After hearing Gina Battani's romantic story, it took the jury a couple of hours to return its verdict against her accused rapist husband. Not Guilty, on all six counts.
Gina Battani herself was never charged with making a false report, or perjury. She was allowed to continue proclaiming her victimhood status, good for business!. Not surprisingly, six months before her initial complaint, Gina Battani had started a GoFundMe campaign claiming that the same husband had Stage 4 Lymphoma, asking for help. The campaign goal of $10,000 netted over 20% of that amount before she decided to split from her husband for having sex with her. It is highly unlikely that any of that money was used on her husband. What a caring wife. We mentioned up there that Gina Battani is an experienced divorcee. She has accused previous husbands of violence and obtained protection orders against them in the same way, courtesy of state-sponsored victimology. In fact, while she made the false report against the current husband, she was in a custody battle with the previous. What a mess!
Moral Lesson to men: Do not ever date let alone marry such a mannish feminoid creature with a track record of accusing/abusing men. "she" will bring you nothing but trouble. If you already took the step, it's not too late to untie the knot and go MGTOW. Watch this space
