August 28, 2018. fictim Susan Wall Johnson took to the cops reporting that she was sexually assaulted by a male cast of "Southern Charm" (Reality TV Show) on the night of the solar eclipse - August 21, 2017 - over a year ago. Makes you wonder why she didn't wait 35 years like some other fictim did. Anyway, this fictim's graphic account went on that the male star deliberately broke a glass, and when she went to clean it up, his friend spiked her drink. Then she remembered nothing from that point until she was at a restaurant “not feeling right”. Then she remembered waking up in a guest bedroom where the accused male had allegedly “forcibly raped her”.
Luckily for the accused male this time, MPPD discarded their #BlindlyBelieveWomen hats and decided to do a thorough investigation without first taking away the accused male's constitutional rights to due process, and to remain innocent until proven guilty. Rightly so, the full investigation determined the accusations were completely false. Police said there were “inconsistencies in Johnson’s story,” and detectives also obtained evidence that refuted the sexual assault claims altogether.
January 31, 2019. 43-year-old Susan Wall Johnson was arrested for Filing a False Police Report of a Felony crime and booked at the Sheriff Al Cannon Detention Center. She was released the same day on a ($10,000) personal recognizance bond.
Shortly after her arrest, her attorney said she plans to fight the "unfair, unfounded charge". "She was severely intoxicated on the night in question and so naturally there are some inconsistencies in her recollection"... "Such inconsistencies do not make her a liar, and they certainly do not make her a criminal", the fictim's attorney said. Talk to the hand! Interestingly, reasoning by the same argument we could conclude that 'an intoxicated and inconsistent woman should never be taken seriously by police if she cries rape'. would that be acceptable? Hold that thought!
Of course we do not expect a lawyer who is out to make money from a client, to understand anything from a moral perspective let alone put himself in the shoes of the man ruined by Susan Johnson's "intoxication", "inconsistencies", 'recollection disabilities' and False Rape Accusation.
Of course they come out and make these flamboyant speeches designed to rob us of our commonsense and rake-in preliminary jury credits. But one does not need an elephant trunk to be able to smell these liars from a mile away. And Susan Wall Johnson in my personal opinion is nothing short of that, a liar. Watch this space
