Rockwood, Roane County, Tennessee, USA. Suspected shoplifter Christy Hunter revenges her arrest with a sexual assault allegation against the arresting officer. Not too long ago we saw similar fictimhood here.
January 06, 2019. Shortly after her arrest, Christy Hunter accused the arresting officer of sexually assaulting her. The report caused fingers pointed at the innocent man simply having done his job, an intensive investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) was launched during which the accused officer was relieved of unspecified responsibilities.
However the month-long investigation by TBI agents gathered evidence which suggested the allegations had "no merit", resulting in the inquiry focus being turned on the fictim herself.
February 11, 2019. fictim Christy Hunter was indicted by a grand jury with one count of filing a false report and one count of retaliation for past action.
February 13, 2019. 42 year-old Christy Hunter was again arrested and booked her into Roane County Jail with her bond was set at $20,000.
It is the first time we have heard bond so high for lying about sexual assault. It is also the first time we have learned that a fictim can be charged with "retaliation for past action". Makes you wonder why so many of them have not been charged with that extra count. Hold that thought!
