Dannielle Terese Weir

Blenheim, South Island, New Zealand. Selfish, Vindictive, Vengeful, Unreasonable. Choose your own words to describe the actions of Dannielle Weir who, after consensual sex, accused an innocent man of rape - subjecting him to public shame and humiliation, then she tried to retain her own anonymity. In a rare denial of Pussypass, the judge said NO.

February 19, 2018. Category 4 fictim Dannielle Terese Weir (AKA Danielle / Dani Livingstone) reported in a sworn statement to police that as she was walking home from a a bar at about 12 midnight, a black Holden Commodore suddenly pulled over beside her, a man opened the back door, dragged her into the back seat and raped her, while the another man (the driver) kept heading south. Toward Hospital Road the fictim alleged the car stopped and she was pushed out.

Following the report, six detectives were assigned to the case investigating in the area where the fictim alleged the crime happened. Inquiries made, potential witnesses interview. Meanwhile, Dani who agreed to a medical examination told the doctor that the last time she had consensual sex was 10 days prior to the alleged rape. However, several people came forward saying Dani Weir had consensual sex with a man on the night she claimed she was raped, a fact to which Dani later confessed. But before that, the man she accused had his name dragged in the mud, kicked out of his apartment by 2 female flatmates, lost salary contract from his job and occasionally got random taunts from strangers yelling "rapist" at him. His life was destroyed by the allegation and he was seriously considering leaving town.

According to police, Dannielle Weir knew the rape-kit medical test / DNA would lead investigators to that man. What a waste of taxpayer resources and "significant hours" on the investigation, while other "valid and legitimate" cases were suspended for her sake.

September 24, 2018. Fictim Dannielle Weir pleaded guilty to a charge of making a false rape complaint and remained on bail while her attorney heeded the judge's restorative justice offer, where she would try to compensate her accused victims. But the fictim did not seem to do a good job in that. Who would? That's like medication after death.

Denial of Pussypass. No means No.

February 19, 2019. Blenheim District Court. The Judge convicted 28 year-old Dannielle Terese Weir and denied her appeal for name surpression (anonymity) citing reasons that publication would relieve the male victim's hardship in efforts to clear his name after months of suspicion and threats against him as a result of the false allegation which endangered his safety.

"This is a situation where a completely innocent person has had the suspicion of false charges on them. If some people hadn't come forward in the investigation, we might be sitting in front of a jury right now.", said the judge who appropriately used to word "victim" to describe the falsely accused man. This rarely happens in New Zealand Courts where commonsense is almost never applied on cases like this. What is rather common is the feminist rhetoric in rape trials. That is why amidst the thousands of false rape accusations in New Zealand each year, you never hear the liars' names.

The Judge also added that a case like Dannielle Weir's "undermines the whole process. People will point to you and say, 'why should we take genuine victims seriously' when there are cases like yours, when you put a man through severe hardship through some vindictiveness I can't even fathom," , reports Stuff New Zealand.

It is unlikely that the accused male will ever recover a normal life. But the decision of the court will at least make the false accuser to live in hiding like a mouse, as she did her victim. An eye for an eyelid, a good start for justice in feminism-stricken society.
