Rocky Point, Pender County, North Carolina, USA. Vindictive restaurant employee Savannah Lewis MeToos herself with a false claim of sexual assault against a named man, to get him in trouble. But the accused man manages to prove his innocence with evidence. We've seen this too many times here already

March 20, 2019. #StartBy(NOT BLINDLY)Believing. A bitter Savannah Nikole Lewis called 911 and reported that she had been sexually assaulted in the Ladies' Room of a restaurant where she works. She provided the name of the man she wanted punished. #BelieveAllWomen police issued an arrest warrant for the named man and released a public statement considering him "a danger to the community,”

March 22, 2019. The accused man turned himself in and “was able to provide evidence to show Lewis provided false and misleading information to detectives about the sexual assault,” according to a statement released by the Pender County Sheriff’s Office. The sexual battery and assault charges against the accused man are expected to be dismissed. What about the liar?

March 23, 2019. lying Savannah Nikole Lewis was arrested and charged with one misdemeanor count of filing a false police report. She was released after posting only $750 bail.

This case once again highlights the danger of the (blindly) #BelieveWomen campaign. Had the accused man not presented evidences disputing Savannah Lewis account of the incident, the chances are this case could have dragged on subjecting him to greater ordeal most likely ending him up with a criminal conviction and a prison sentence. So much for a bias justice system stacked up against accused men.
