Sana Musharraf

Updated: Jul 3, 2019

London, England, UK. "Convert to Islam and marry me OR face devastating consequences", the type of threat Sana Musharraf followed through against a senior legal practitioner. She persistently stalked her victim and eventually lashed out a false rape allegation against him, causing him to lose more than just his reputation and health.

February 2018. While facing charges for stalking her estranged male, Sana Musharraf revived a rape allegation she had made earlier against him stemming from being scorned. Luckily the male was not charged, due to exculpatory pieces of evidence obtained during the investigation, including "excessive messages" sent by Sana, PLUS her “propensity for dishonesty”, according to police.

How did it come to this?

Fictim (false victim) Sana Musharraf became interested in the male after attending one of his guest lectures at the London School of Economics (LSE). It started off as friendship, during which the fictim kept in touch with the male knowing well that he already had a long-term female partner. On one occasion when Sana Musharraf had trouble with her campus accommodation, the good Samaritan couple invited her to stay at their Southwest London home. This later proved to be a bad idea as her stay took a sharp turn for better or worse.

The partner of the male at some point decided to move out of the house, leaving the male to a chance of an intimate relationship with Sana which continued for two years. During this period Sana Musharraf proposed that the male converts to Islam so they could get married. But the male would not fulfill her wish. Sana Musharraf, a Pakistani immigrant, insisted that she could not marry a non-Muslim. The male had assessed this condition but decided he would not convert to Islam. At this time their relationship was on shaky ground with the male looking to end things but Sana was not giving up.

Between June 2017 and February 2018, Sana stalked the male, contacted his friends and family, paid unscheduled visits to his house and work-place, sent him numerous messages but still did not achieve her aim. The male had already moved on in a new relationship and even tied the knots.

Frustrated that she was scorned, the fictim sought after the Islamic Sharia Council in London, claiming that the man who took her virginity had refused to take things further with her. The response from the council was that she had committed adultery, a “terrible sin”. Gingered by this seemingly new consciousness, Sana Musharraf decided to play the victim of a violation. She called the cops and the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) accusing the male of rape.

March 27, 2019. Isleworth Crown Court. The court heard that the accused male had developed cancer as a result of stress related to the false allegation against him. However, 33-year-old Sana Musharraf showed no remorse and even felt her falsehood is justified by 'reasonable vindictiveness'.

-- Update --

July 03, 2019. Isleworth Crown Court. Sana Musharraf was sentenced to two years and nine months in jail. Recorder QC said Sana Musharraf made the false rape claim as part of a campaign “calculated to cause him as much harm as possible ... motivated by anger at being rejected, jealousy, resentment, and a desire for revenge”.
