January 28, 2019. fictim Kwjalyn Perez (AKA Kwajalyn Jodi Perez) took to State Police Department in Selinsgrove and reported that in 2017 a known and named male sexually assaulted her twice on different occasions. She provided two written statements to implicate the accused man.
Whenever you hear of these delayed reportings and they hit you like a pussy plot with evil motives of sorts, then you're not alone. Police investigation however determined that Kwjalyn Perez had consensual sex with the man she accused, on the occasions she reported being assaulted. Confronted with facts, the accuser confessed that she lied about both incidents of sexual assault.
February 18, 2019. 19-year-old Kwjalyn J. Perez was charged with two misdemeanor counts of providing false reports to law enforcement and two misdemeanor counts of unsworn falsification to authorities. No word on bail or bond. This one is literally off the hook already. Free to falsely accuse more men.
