. Shortly after being taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, Cindy Dossette Smith
reported that the arresting officer had sexually assaulted her. Following the claim, she was immediately taken for a medical examination. Meanwhile, the Henry County Police Department (HCPD) contacted the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) for assistance.
To be clear on what's really happening at this point: A rambling violence-inclined "woman" who just caused a heck of domestic unrest had spoken, and by Uncle Sam's order she must be taken seriously using our tax money. And so the GBI and HCPD got to work, interviewing potential witnesses, reviewing the arresting officer's cameras. Fortunately, the officer’s body-cam and car dash-cam recorded his entire encounter with Cindy Smith
including her transportation and booking into the Henry County Jail. But only one thing was missing from the footage, the reported sexual assault, nowhere to be found. Ladies and Gentlemen, we have ourselves one more MeToo Dinosaur.
