Zerbe Township, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, USA. What The Heller! Habitual false accuser who almost got away with false stalking accusations against trooper, hits again with false sexual assault allegations against police chief. This time she's slapped with a 5K bail.

First Fictimhood (Stalking) - Shamokin

September 05, 2018. combo fictim Shaylee Heller left an unsigned letter at the Stonington barracks claiming that a named state trooper was stalking her.

September 06, 2018. The combo fictim left another letter with the same claim against the same trooper. Both letters were handed in to the investigating detectives.

During investigation, however, police learned that the accused trooper responded to Shaylee Heller's residence during a June incident and for "various reasons" she willingly maintained contact with that responding trooper for a couple of months.

September 11, 2018. In an interview with Pennsylvania state police, Shaylee Heller confessed that she fabricated the claims against the trooper.

December 10, 2018. State troopers charged 21 year-old Shaylee Heller with misdemeanor counts of making false statements and unsworn false statements to authorities. She pleaded guilty but was never convicted.

Second Fictimhood (Sexual Assault) - Sunbury

January 2019. Shaylee Heller filed yet another report claiming a Police Chief had sexually assaulted her. Troopers investigated and found discrepances in her claims. Meanwhile She also sought a protection order in Northumberland County Court against the police chief.

The Judge, well aware that Shaylee Heller had pleaded guilty to a falsehood crime the previous month warned her that she could be charged with perjury if she was lying but the diehard fictim swore by her word. Despite her efforts to make her second deception believable, State police were able to determine that the fictim was once again being dishonest.

March 26, 2019. 22 year-old Shaylee Heller, from Trevorton, was arrested and charged her with two felony counts of perjury and one misdemeanor count of false statements. She was arraigned in front of Sunbury District Judge and released on $5,000 cash bail.
