Oro Valley, Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, USA. Knocked-out by the Bell, almost. Innocent basketball coach becomes the latest victim of fraudulent sexual assault claims. This time orchestrated by both Jennifer Pendley and her cockbearer, Mr. Bell, a former friend of the accused.
Alight! this whole thing started as a dispute between two males: The eventually falsely accused basketball coach, and Jennifer Pendley’s boyfriend named Ronald Bell. According to reports, the two men have been friends for about ten years before the fall-out. The coach had even allowed Ron Bell access to his players but allegedly on condition that he followed the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules. However, by the end of 2017, Ronald Bell admitted in a CBS interview that he provided extra incentives to two Georgia Tech players, in violation of NCAA rules. He also insisted that their coach not only knew about it but also encouraged it "to make the players happy". Going public with the allegations is said to have been a realization of a fraudulent threat by Ron Bell (assisted by Jennifer Pendley) against the Coach.
The couple's malicious campaign against the coach included claims of misconducts of sorts and the dispute upgraded into a 'defamation of character, blackmail and extortion' lawsuit filed by the Basketball Coach against the couple in January 2018. But somehow Jennifer Pendley thought her highly effective female privilege is necessary for her male's quest to counter/destroy the other male and so she threw herself in the mix, MeToo style, claiming that she was sexually victimized by the coach.
February 08, 2018. A counter lawsuit by the couple claims that in February 2016 the Basketball Coach sexually assaulted Jennifer M. Pendley when he was the head coach at Memphis. Jennifer alleged that the coach masturbated in front of her and tried to coerce her into giving him oral sex. The coach allegedly then asked her not to tell anyone because he "knew very powerful people who would make her life a living hell."
Jennifer Pendley said she has not yet reported the assault to the authorities but is "considering" filing a police report. Notice this opening, "considering", it's like a message to whom it may concern, to do something before she makes up her mind to go to the police. Who may it concern? you guessed. Notice also how the alleged incident is nicely timed just about two years ago to fit in the statute of limitations. According to LegalMatch.com, "Sexual abuse cases in Arizona follows a specific standard for statutes of limitations and must be filed within 2 years of the act".
Jennifer Pendley alleged it happened almost exactly 2 years ago. That's a third red flag following the delayed reporting and the "considering..." to report. Clearly a flat out amateur lie by the fictim. However, a woman's word is valued over common sense in today's gynocentric society. Therefore, even though the accused coach strongly denied the allegations saying there is "zero" truth to it, he still faced all the consequences ranging from societal stigma to losing his position to being investigated.
However, the independent investigation funded by Georgia Tech cleared the coach of the sexual misconduct allegations. Furthermore, a Security guard said the mendacious couple offered him a portion of any future settlement they might receive if he agreed to testify that he saw the coach assault Jennifer Pendley after a game. The security guard came forward that he never witnessed any assault. As a result, the coach was not charged with any crime.
March 13, 2019. An arrest warrant was issued against Jennifer Pendley after she failed to show up for court. She was charged with three misdemeanors related to her alleged involvement in the scheme.
March 15, 2019. Ronald Bell was slapped with a slew of charges including one charge of solicitation of a fraud scheme practice, two charges of attempted tampering with a witness, two charges of solicitation of influencing a witness, and two counts of using an electronic device to intimidate or threaten a witness.
March 22, 2019. Ronald Bell filed a lawsuit against the Arizona Daily Star and a reporter claiming “false statements” were made in news reports about the litigation.
May 08, 2019. Determined not to be undone, 45 year-old Jennifer Pendley called the police and reported that the coach sexually assaulted her in a Houston hotel room more than three years ago. It was the first time she had ever reported the alleged assault to cops. Even though Oro Valley Officials had earlier put most of the blame of her false reporting on her cockbearer, the fictim will own this one. She claims the stress of coming forward has exacerbated her already serious health problems. There is always a female card to play. Unfortunately, it is highly likely that her lies will set her free, just like mainstream lies save us from sanity. Watch this space
