May 24, 2017. Empowered methhead Cherie Renee Bolton took to the police and reported that her husband attacked her when she caught him raping a 13-year-old named girl. Cherie showed them vague bruises on her ribs that investigators were unable to positively identify. She also accused her husband of child porn possession and presented officers with three images of child pornography on a phone which she claimed was her husband's.

Why not report the incident earlier? According to police, Cherie Bolton said she waited to make a report because she feared retaliation from her husband. Cherie’s husband and the 13-year-old girl were separately questioned by police but denied that any sexual abuse occurred. Mr. Husband was also able to prove that he did not lose a phone. So the phone that Cherie presented to the authorities does not belong to him.

During investigation though, it was discovered that Cherie Bolton’s husband had kicked her out of their home on May 22, 2017, while the metadata of the photos extracted from the phone indicated they were downloaded by Cherie Bolton herself on May 23, 2017.

December 22, 2017. When confronted with the findings, Cherie Bolton initially claimed she had no idea how the images got on the phone, but after further questioning, she admitted she downloaded them because she was "high on meth" in the "middle of a manic episode" and was upset at her husband.

Cherie Bolton said after being kicked out of the house, she went to a motel in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma., where she did meth with a man who responded to her ad on Craigslist. She said that man also kicked her out of the motel room after an argument. Cherie must have downloaded the child porn images while she was at the motel, but said "she couldn’t be sure", according to the probable cause affidavit here.

January 22, 2018. 33-year-old Cherie Renee Bolton was arrested and charged with one felony count of possessing child pornography and one felony count of filing a false police report. She was freed on a $75,000 bond pending a court hearing.

With all shreds of evidence and her own confession pointing to her premeditated evil, Cherie Renee Bolton still denied allegations that she tried to frame her husband with child pornography and a false police report that he raped a 13-year-old girl. However, she eventually cut a deal to avoid a possible 10-year maximum prison sentence on the child pornography charge

June 25, 2019. Benton County Circuit Court. 34-year-old Cherie Renee Bolton having eventually pleaded guilty, got sentenced to six-year supervised probation, $2,000 in fines and restitution, and she was ordered to register as a sex offender. In other words, she got a pussypass even as a child sex offender.

Cherie Bolton is not your average fibster. She appears to be a well-premeditated criminal with a profile. In fact, on August 19, 2013, she was arrested along with two others on suspicion of burglary and theft on a store. However, her criminal history may not have been considered by the presiding judge on this case, which seems to be why she was afforded leniency.

A month ago we loaded a similar weirdo here who exploited the sexuality of kids in her mendacious claims against the man. Imagine the embarrassment faced by a young teen girl being questioned about a sexual encounter with an adult which never happened, no matter how professionally such interview is conducted. Cherie Bolton exploited that young girl's sexuality to satisfy her own vindictiveness. That alone should be very illegal, but, Welcome to the world of "empowered vindictiveness of women"
