Sumter, Sumter County, South Carolina, USA. Wench fabricates her rape story to police and then refuses to be arrested for filing a false police report.
April 09, 2016. Police respond to a report of sexual assault in a residence on Pond Loop Road where Khrista Talbot (AKA Khrista Talbott) told them she had been raped. After an investigation though, Sumter Police officers determined the report was a hoax and issued a warrant for Khrista.
April 12, 2016. When deputies tried to arrest Khrista Talbot on charges of filing a false police report, she resisted, screamed and pulled away from deputies as they tried to handcuff her.
Eventually, though, 18-year-old Khrista Talbot was arrested and transported to the Sumter-Lee Regional Detention Center on the initial charge and an additional charge of resisting arrest.
