Enid, Garfield County, Oklahoma, USA. Cynthia Anne Wood falsely reported to police that she was raped by her ex-boyfriend, in order to get herself protective order. At least, so she says.

February 16, 2018. Cry-rape harpy Cynthia Anne Wood (AKA Cynthia A. Williams) told police her ex-boyfriend had raped her on July 5, 2017. She told officers she and the accused had been living together in Okeene at that time and had gone to his family's house for a July 4 independence day celebration. They both drank a lot of alcohol that night and argued. So she called her sister to come pick them up because they were too intoxicated to drive. Wood said her sister let them stay at her house in Enid. Wood claimed she and her boyfriend were in the living room when he told her that he knew she did not want to have sex with him but he was going to have sex with her anyway. Wood claimed he raped her and went to sleep. She claims she did not sleep that night because she was so terrified by what had happened, according to sources.

April 10, 2018. Cynthia Anne Wood showed up at the police department. A detective asked Wood why she was there and she said it was because she filed a report of sexual assault against her ex-boyfriend. During the interview, Wood admitted her ex-boyfriend did not rape her and said they did not even have sex the night she reported she was raped. Wood said she reported false raped just to seek a protective order in Garfield County against her ex-boyfriend.

August 15, 2018. 35-year-old Cynthia Anne Wood was booked and charged with false reporting of a crime. she faces only up to 90 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $500 on the misdemeanor charge. Court records show she is free on a $5,000 bond.
