Wellington, New Zealand. Scorned woman immediately takes to the authorities with a false rape claim. As usual, police help her destroy the accused man's life before they charge her with perverting the course of justice.

September 20, 2016. Just hours after showing up unannounced at her ex-boyfriend's workplace and being appropriately jilted, Esha Verma took to a Rape Crisis Center and made a complaint that she had been raped and sexually abused by the male. The complaint was procedurally relayed to law-enforcement for a criminal report which was filed the next day.

Consequently, the accused male was apprehended and interrogated by police but he denied the allegations stating that he dumped Esha and that could have been her motive to destroy his life with the false allegation.

September 28, 2016. Wellington Police interviewed Esha Verma on record about her allegations for up to three hours during which she stood by her claims as a victim of "Rape and Abuse". She even provided a detailed description of the assaults including the dates and times, adding that her ex-boyfriend's sexual habits also put her own health at risk.

Following the report, the accused male was subjected to an unspeakable ordeal which affected his health, career, family and social life pushing him to the brink of suicide.

Meanwhile, Esha Verma the liar continued to live a comfortable life in New Zealand and even got married to her alternative male New Zealander in July 2017. It was not until over a year later when the liar had done the intended damage that Esha Verma thought she had enough.

October 02, 2017. Possibly in efforts to sail smoothly with her alternative male, Esha Verma informed the police that she wished to withdraw her complaint on grounds that she was mentally unwell at the time she made the complaint. But it was too late. An investigation had already revealed numerous inconsistencies with her allegation.

At this point you would have expected the police to give up on torturing the accused innocent man, but no. The authorities continued to drag him and his name in the mud even after the fictim (false victim) clearly stated that she made a false report. They let the falsehood drama keep playing for months.

January 30, 2018. Finally, 36-year-old Esha Verma was charged with "attempting" to pervert the course of justice and summoned to be arraigned in the District Court.

February 16, 2018. Esha Verma appeared in the Wellington District Court but entered no plea. A next hearing was scheduled for August 2018.

February 22, 2018. Indian immigrant Esha Verma was served with a Deportation Liability Notice (DLN) by New Zealand Immigration department. In a back and forth with the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, she managed to convince authorities that her stay in New Zealand was essential for the health of her cockbearer and that she posed no threat to society. And so the DLN was canceled, letting her stay and possibly accuse other males falsely.

August 17, 2018. The court heard that the accused man who was described as a "kind, loving, naive young man", broke up an 18-month relationship with Esha Verma which is why she made the malicious claims against him. On a victim impact statement read by the falsely accused man's brother, he had changed his views of women and was caused serious, ongoing health issues. He has regular nightmares about Esha Verma and feels overly anxious when he sees other women who look like her.

The court heard that the mother of the falsely accused man also suffered sleepless nights worrying that her son might attempt suicide in his desperation. She expressed herself directly to Esha Verma. "I think you decided to do the worst possible thing short of physically injuring him that you could think of . . . I believe you would have quite serenely sent [him] off to prison if the evidence hadn't outed you as a liar." She also pointed out that Esha Verma had made it harder for other women who had actually been sexually assaulted to be believed."You should be ashamed of what you have done to the credibility of women everywhere," she said.

May 31, 2019. Wellington District Court. As if her pussypass leniency was not already stacked up high enough, 37-year-old Esha Verma's legal team argued for a complete dismissal of the case without conviction, arguing that a conviction on her record would limit her travel options and possibly lead to deportation.

The judge pointed out that her risk of deportation does not outweigh the seriousness of the insult (on an innocent man and his family, the credibility of real victims and the entire justice system). However, with the arguments against Esha Verma, the judge still granted her another kind of pussypass and sentenced her to a lenient one-year house arrest and placed a protection order for the falsely accused male.

Is that a suitable punishment for the crime? Apparently not. But will it serve its purpose to deter/stop the false victim? That's left to be seen. Watch this space
