Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK. After Krystal Alana Anderson falsely accused an innocent man of raping her, she tries to escape justice by absenting herself from court.

June 05, 2016. Lying rape fantasist and alcohol abuser Krystal Alana Anderson reported to police that she had been the victim of a "serious sexual assault" and "rape" by a man at Carrickfergus, Co Antrim; in the early morning hours. She also named her alleged attacker who was arrested by police while she was taken to Antrim Area Hospital with cuts to her arm which were later discovered to be self-inflicted.

Her accused victim remained in custody for a humiliating 8 hours during which he underwent imaginable unfriendly interrogations and intimate sample testing before he was released on bail to further face societal stigma.

June 06, 2016. A day after the reporting, Krystal called police in an attempt to withdraw her complaint against the man she accused. She also refused to attend the Rowan sexual assault referral centre. But it was not until about 6 weeks later she finally came clean and gave up with the lies.

July 15, 2016. While being treated in the Ulster Hospital, Krystal Anderson admitted to police that she had made a “false allegation of rape”. When asked why, she said she tries to push people to their limits, but she doesn't know why. Does that sound familiar?

Krystal Anderson had a number of previous convictions including for disorderly behaviour and assault on police for which she was sentenced in June to 3 months in custody. However the prosecution had not linked her other wrong doings to the false rape claim.

June 04, 2018. Krystal Anderson pleaded guilty to a charge of perverting the course of justice by making a false claim that she was raped. However she disappeared allegedly to Scotland, failing to attend court on two occasions. Following the second failure to show up in court, a warrant was issued for her arrest.

June 14, 2018. Krystal Anderson was apprehended to remain in custody. Her subsequent bail applications through her attorney were rejected on grounds that she may go missing again.

August 28, 2018. Belfast Crown Court. Krystal Alana Anderson, from Glenwood Park, Dummurry has been determined by a judge to be in need of assistance for her mental health and addiction issues. She has been sentenced to two years on probation. As if they were characters in a soap opera, Judge Patricia Smyth warned Krystal Alana Anderson that if she did not fully engage with the Probation Service she would be re-sentenced and immediately taken into custody.

Krystal Alana Anderson gets to enjoy a lenient sentence PLUS attention on her own "health issues" which did not prevent her from ruining a man's life. This thing is still a threat to society, and so are the people within the legal system who consider her fit to live among us . Shame on Fictims
