Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico, USA. And the "rape culture" remains in their rapeful heads. In this latest incident, one more liar takes to Uncle Sam's men in black with a false rape claim but gets too little in form of a deterrent from such mendaciousness, as always.
April 04, 2010. Police officers were dispatched to the home of Michelle Holcomb after she claimed that she had been drugged and raped in a party the previous night. She was taken to Memorial Medical Center for an examination while detectives followed up on her allegations to punish a male suspect.
During the investigation, however, detectives learned that Michelle's story did not add up, and was possibly concocted. Rightly so, in a follow-up interview with the fictim (false victim), she confessed she made up the story to avoid getting in trouble with her parents for staying out late on Saturday night.
April 06, 2010. 20-year-old Michelle Holcomb was charged with one count of filing a false police report. She was jailed at the Dona Ana County Detention Center on $1,000 bond.
