Laredo, Webb County, Texas, USA. Woman crashes car into a wooden pole causing damage. Then she plays the victim of hit-and-run to avoid responsibility. At the same time, a man here in the same city did almost the exact same thing. Fail!

October 28, 2019. Early morning hours. Isela Murillo told police that she was driving in her Nissan when a vehicle traveling west on an intersection collided with her and then fled the scene.

The responding officer took note. While he continued the investigation, a witness came forward and told him they saw a car driving in reverse on the street which Isela reported the hit-and-run perpetrator came from, but never saw any collision.

Another officer then checked further around the vicinity and noticed a damaged wooden utility pole that appeared to have been hit by Isela's car. As a result, a warrant was issued for Isela's arrest.

October 30, 2019. 23-year-old Isela Murillo was arrested and charged with making a false report to law enforcement. Watch this space.
