October 27, 2019. The Authorities were informed by Candice Brooke DeVille (AKA Candace) that her husband pulled her hair and placed his hands around her neck. Rather than jump in and arrest the accused man based on the woman's word, the deputies smartly engaged in diligent law-enforcement work.
They observed Candice DeVille but found no physical bruises consistent with her claims. However, she was heavily intoxicated and somewhat erratic. Her own teen son came forward and told deputies that his mom had lied, no battery occurred. Additionally, he, the accused man who is actually his step-father, and his little sister had to leave the house because of his mom's vicious and embarrassing behavior. You can't make that shit up
