Oneida, Madison County, New York, USA. Man with money issues or mental problems? whatever the case may be, he unleashes a false report of armed robbery victimhood. It didn't take long before be got busted, again.
January 19, 2020. Police responded to a supposed robbery. Charles E. Kampf had reported that he was robbed at knifepoint. But after a diligent investigation into the claim, police determined the story was made-up, a hoax. We speculate the motive had something to do with having spent the money and trying to cover it up.
January 28, 2020. 39-year-old Charles E. Kampf was arrested and charged with providing a false written statement and making a false police report.
Charles Kampf is not new to police books. On November 26, 2019, he was arrested on a warrant charging him with 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation. On September 14, 2019, he was busted for violation of a family court order. On January 16, 2019, he was charged with three counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Though just misdemeanors, the list goes on and on and worthy of concern. Society needs to watch out for his next move. Watch this space.
