Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, USA. When did white women start getting targeted by White Supremacists? Woman enacts half-assed self harm with a pin, then concocts a story about being attacked for showing "solidarity" with the blacks. The obvious flaw is that "Brexit" is not a big topic in America.

November 15, 2016. Women's literature student Halley Bass called the police to report that a random white guy walked up to her in the street and scratched her face with a safety pin because she expressed her support for black people in the UK after the country voted to leave the European Union.

However, this particular fictim soon cracked under pressure and admitted that she fabricated the entire assault.

March 06, 2017. Ann Arbor fictim Halley Bass pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of false reporting. She reportedly told the judge: "I was suffering from depression at the time. I made a superficial scratch on my face. It was visible and I was embarrassed about what I'd done. So I made up a story and told a friend that a stranger had done it while I was walking. I was encouraged to report it to the police. I made the mistake of doing that."

April 05, 2017. Following some deliberation on what her sentence should be, 21-year-old Halley Bass was sentenced to 93 days suspended and ordered to pay $660. As part of her one-year probation, she was ordered not to drink alcohol and to visit a therapist for a mental health evaluation.
