In a foolish attempt to win back her ex-boyfriend by sympathy and attention, Hannah Byron falsely claimed that a man raped her on a bridge then threw money at her to get a taxi home. A man fitting her description was detained by police and subject to humiliation before he was able to provide evidence proving his innocence. Hannah herself is never jailed for her falsehood crimes
